I was looking for a good paper shredder and found it on sale on Prime Day 2018. It is described as capable of shredding 10-14 standard A2 sheets of paper and advertises a high-performance motor that helps prevent paper jams and the machine from overheating. Well here is the real truth. We started trying to destroy the claimed 14 pages. no, it didn't work. Then we tried 13, then 12, then 11, 10, 9, 8, 7 and finally, it wasn't until we got to 6 hands that the machine finally worked. a far cry from the advertised 10-14 A2 sheets. The description also speaks of a powerful motor that prevents stalling and protects the device from overheating. The device kept getting stuck, but not as often as it could be as it was still overheating after 5-7 minutes of regular use. I'm not talking constant use, I'm talking regular home or home office use, getting rid of bills or items with social security numbers etc. I was very disappointed and sent it back. If I were you, I wouldn't do it at all.
