I bought this as a gift for one of my best friends. When I received it I was worried it might be damaged but instead I was pleasantly surprised that it was bubble wrapped so it was well packaged. 5/5 for the package! And 5/5 for the look! It's so cute and I can't wait to see my friends' reaction when I get it. I've given 4/5 for durability and strength because I have no idea about them as I haven't had them and won't be using them, but based on my feel I think durability shouldn't be an issue as long as it won't be for one used impromptu play throwing a random object, which I doubt. And the customer support with the woman creating this wine glass design and other cute things was amazing. Very happy with this purchase and highly recommend!
