I ordered s and m. My distant Chihuahua is about 7 pounds (overweight) and her paws are the size of my fingers. Appropriately, the environment was WAY too big. Lately I've been having a problem with her OCD kicking that paw. The vet wanted to feel her, but she has a collapsed windpipe, so I didn't think that was a good idea. It's much better and she can sleep in it. You have to insert it slowly so they don't fight you when you try to put it on. This is a big help, I just ordered more
