I love this water bottle! I bought it a few months ago and use it every day. It's durable considering it's made of glass, it's easy to clean, the water tastes fresh (no flavors leach through) and the lid doesn't leak at all. basketball, and the ball hit him really hard and the shirt came off. I have to add that this is by no means due to the water bottle being fragile - I've already dropped it several times without consequences - it just broke because the ball was flying at very high speed, and the water bottle is clearly glass. I then contacted customer service and they sent me a new one without hesitation (: I love this water bottle and rest assured that if someone throws a ball at your bottle, they will give you another one for free in a day or two. !
