On 03/20/2021 I bought This K I M O Leaf Blower. It worked well for a year.At the end of March 2022 suddenly stopped working and I email customer service explaining the problem with the blower. They replayed the very next day and sent me a brand new battery, the problem is not the battery is the motor that is seized, they ask me to send a video for their Tech Dep. to determine the cause of failure. I sent the video more than two weeks ago, so far no answer. They do not honor the two years warranty promise.Finally Customer Service honored the 2 years warranty promise, I received a brand new K I M O blower in perfect condition. 05/22/2022My original review was 2 stars, I upgrade it now to 4 stars.
