The set includes 2 fire bowls. I have used them as decoration when not in use. They are heavy and made of ceramic. One of them has the color of natural wood, the other is white and has the color of driftwood. I liked that they are consistent but not identical. This makes the ad more interesting. They can be used together or separately. I think the wood texture looks realistic on both. The bases are strong and very stable. Each of them has four non-marking feet, which also increases stability. They come with detailed instructions, but they're pretty basic. You can use liquid alcohol or fuel gel. I only use liquid alcohol as it's cheap and easy to find at the store and in my first aid kit. As far as firefighting goes, each can comes with its own fire extinguisher cap. I like it from a practical and safe point of view. They are for adults only and should not be left unattended as there are open flames involved. They create a relaxed atmosphere in the evenings and are very easy to use. They're pretty cute and look quirky even when they're not lit. It's such a simple idea but a joy to use.
