Very well constructed tripod. It opens and closes with gentle resistance. This is good because it allows you to open the tripod at different angles to change your height a bit or to adapt to changing terrain. I really like his weight. It feels heavy and high quality. The tripod is strong. I use it for my GoPro and Insta360 One X2. It pairs well with the Insta360 Invisible Selfie Stick or even standalone for any camera. I particularly enjoy using it on one of these cameras, using the POV camera mount with a shoulder strap for easy access when you're on the go. I didn't give 5 stars because I'm the kind of person who doesn't look at 1 star or 5 star reviews because most of the time they are uneducated or overly emotional. It deserves 5 stars in my opinion, but I'm giving it 4 stars so that people looking for legitimate reviews will actually see this as reliable feedback. This is a MUST HAVE in my photography gear and I plan to use it even more than my other monopods and tripods.
