Review on 🔊 iHome iW3 AirPlay Wireless Audio System - Black OPEN BOX (Rechargeable) by Lacey Anderson

I love everything about this speaker except the sound. what I like. Bear with me. Often a gadget like this will grab the headlines but lose them in the details. I have a feeling this speaker is picking on details. Buttons just right at the top. The sleep button even pulses like Apple's sleep LEDs of the past. It looks great, connects securely, and you can rename it through the iHome app (which is why mine shows up as "Monolith" in my AirPlay menu). The charging station is great and the integrated carrying handle is excellent. I just wish there was a little more power in the audio department. This is a very average level. The highs roll off too early and the deep bass is not really there. I don't think the small speaker can be blamed for the lack of sub-bass, but I do miss it.
