Holds my large hernia well. I buy a large size even though I only have a 34 waist because I wear it loose to bed so it's easy to put on when you get up with the extra length. Only four stars because it gets bigger wrinkles and folds with age and also when I end up pulling to tighten it puts more pressure on that spot. But for what it is, it's great. I bought maybe four of these, I have two so I can wash and spin one. I leave the second one on the bed with the duvet to smooth out the wrinkles and folds. A pair lasts me about six months to a year.
