I enjoy the convenience of portioning out my pills once a week. Before this I would occasionally; ok frequently forget to take my pills. This little caddy has made it easier for me to track if I have taken my pills or not. If you are taking quite a few pills you might want to find one a little bit deeper. It worked fine for me until the Dr put on some larger pills (horse pills) but after I got off of those I went back to this one. I enjoy that I can open it from the right side, my other pill container opened from the left which made it a little more difficult main reason for switching back to this one
