The outer layer is removed. That's my feedback!
My grandson was so excited to get this jacket and was so careful about it falling apart.
- Good jacket for the price. Doesn't look too cheap. Nice to buy for kids who don't always treat their coats the best. Holds up well.
- My son loves the look but after a few months it seems to have chipped under the armpit.
