Very good option especially considering cost

I love that this system allows us as administrators so much flexibility in how it works for our group health plan members! It was simple enough at low levels of enrollment but became very confusing when there were multiple plans offered with different options (I believe they are now fixed). We have used HOYA several times over past years without problems; however due its new ownership/management changes recently has been an issue where you must be ready every time someone logs into your account or goes through any process - which can take awhile if not familiarized beforehand.- There does seem like less people working directly under management than previously had issues keeping things cleanly up until date regarding member accounts / billing information etc.. Member access also seems slow sometimes compared other platforms outthere suchas Ameritasoft &amp ; Cigna's My Benefits Manager online portal I love this app because it helps you find doctors and other health providers in your area that have accepted it as payment. It helps me get a better idea of my insurance coverage. I can't comment on any complaints because there aren't any, but I'm very happy with how well this works for me. The best thing about Healthjoy is that you can find what you need right when you need it. Before going online to search for medical services, you just didn't know where to turn. Now you don't have that problem.
