The best thing about engage club is that it has multiple options of plans to choose from, so I can find something suitable according my budget as well! It's not user friendly at times but they are always improving their service which makes me happy because this will help them get better feedbacks by users like us who have problems or issues with using an app/website etcetera in general :) Not much really - just be patient when you start learning how things work (it takes time). Once everything works properly then there isn't anything bad i don;t think we haven’e found any yet :D As someone said above if u want some good customer support go ahead. It is very easy to use and navigate around. It is user friendly, and it has everything I need in one place. The only thing that I don't like about it is how long it takes to get through when you try several times. Take your time. This platform is great for large companies that need to utilize multiple carriers to book their corporate travel. We are able to easily communicate with our internal travel department, as well as other departments.
