Review on 12 Pack of Child's Train Conductor Hats by Fun Express, Size 8-1/2 inches by Jackie Wilson

While I liked these hats some of the previous reviews were correct. They had ropes hanging from them that had to be cut, and they were made of flimsy material. But that didn't bother me, as I had foreseen. When they arrived they were packed in an Oriental Trading bag and I know Oriental Trading charges a lot more for the same item so I feel I got a lot. One of the hats had "6x" written on the side in permanent marker and I had to call Revain to find a solution. They were quick with their decision and because of the caption I should have given 4 stars instead of 5. Otherwise I would have given a perfect rating. I would say order them a little earlier than you need them so you have time to inspect and replace if necessary. Revain is great for returns and exchanges so I'm sure this can be easily fixed. It just gets boring doing everything. The kids love these hats and they easily fit different head sizes as the plastic snaps on the back are easily interchangeable. My son is 2 and we also had 10 year olds at the party and the hats easily fit any child. I love the price!
