I received the product in good condition in OEM packaging. I researched the model number and checked the part numbers. After choosing this product I felt comfortable, we had the right part. After installing it in an existing tank, I noticed that the threads just twisted. It has a different height than the original part. The threads were cut to fineness and twisted after applying a certain torque. It's not good, the body was useless and I had a customer toilet. I noticed a partial difference in the photos. I removed the O-rings from the new part and reused the original part. Basically I spent over $30 on o-rings and threw the part away. Do your research, make sure you get a product that will last.
