Review on 💡 Feit Electric PL13/41/MP 13-Watt PL Cool White Compact Fluorescent Bulb - Pack of 4 by Christina Stanley

I purchased this product as a cheaper replacement option for Ottlite bulbs. Compared to the "white" light from Ottlite, they emit a significantly more yellow light. I don't know how this will affect eye strain, but so far the savings are significant. UPDATE: The first bulb failed after 45 days. It became noticeably darker and began to flicker, as happens when replacing. The original Ottlight lasted almost three years. 45 days indicates it is defective. Update II: All 4 of these lamps failed within 3 months. If I could lower my rating to zero stars, I would. These bulbs have never been bright and in the end I consider them garbage at all costs. Update III: I threw away the Feit lightbulbs and bought the Sunlight brand here instead. The quality is much better: bright white light instead of Feit's darker yellowish tint. My impression is that all these cheaper 13w Ottlite tubes are made in the same Chinese factory, but Feit sells second tubes that have been discarded by the manufacturer.
