I gave this harness four stars because the water bottle cracked badly while running. Otherwise the strap was very comfortable for walking and hiking and very convenient as it held everything I needed to carry. It's not that important, but the video shows that the water holder is a full-length zipper that then folds up and holds the water. It's not relevant. It is a top zip and a bottom zip as shown in the pictures. I find the water bottle feature quite handy and it's a very thoughtful design. I've worn this strap for walking and hiking and the strap felt very stable in a water bottle, didn't bounce around. To test this, I ran a short distance and the water bottle bounced. You may not care but just thought I'd add it to the review just in case. The middle pocket was big enough for my iPhone 11 Promax with case. The bottle holder worked as described. The other pocket had a mask which I wore when meeting people, but easily fit ID, some snacks or keys. The material is similar to neoprene and I found it very comfortable. Great belt, especially for the price!
