The ability for one person in my team (or myself) can access all of our clients' accounts easily through an online portal which is great if I am away from them or have forgotten their password! This has made it so much easier than having someone else log into each client's account every time they need something done by me - no more emails requesting login details etc., just click 'go live'. There isn't anything really that we dislike about this tool but perhaps there could be some enhancements around customising reports? Perhaps make reporting even simpler/easier when you're not as familiar / tech savvy like us?! It makes life SO MUCH EASIER!!
