I bought these not expecting much based on the price. Once you've delved into night vision, you'll see how expensive it is. Well I was pleasantly surprised. These things work fantastic at night. And the distance you can see things clearly at night is way better than I expected. They are larger than expected but feel good in the hand. The buttons and controls have a nice feel and are well placed. They seem a bit lighter than I thought which is actually good if you're hiking etc. I didn't want to test their durability or water resistance as I'm sure you all understand. As others have said, daylight is fine. Clear during the day etc. but normal glass binoculars are of course better suited for this purpose. My only complaint is that they require 6 AA batteries which are not included and I wish this model was rechargeable. If you need to see far at night I don't think you will be disappointed.
