I used them to replace boat lights. They are inexpensive and the quality of the product reflects this. I wasn't expecting to get solid brass and wood construction or stainless steel hardware. I wanted to do the job cheaply. This jig was a great way to do that. The plastic frame flexes a little, making it easier to adapt to the curved cab roof. They have a socket next to the LED bulb. No glass which is great for a boat. The closest reasonable boat lighting option was $50 per light. This tool definitely does the job.
