Review on 🧹 I SWEEP X5 Robot Vacuum and Mop Cleaner: Advanced Pet Hair Removal - Max Suction, Intelligent App Control, Self-Charging by Carmen Rosean

Let's start with the good: good vacuum. Doesn't do a deep cleaning, but collects a lot of dust and dog hair. I recommend emptying the dust/dirt bin after every vacuum. It's not noisy at all. I think you can hear how quiet it is in the video I posted. I tested it yesterday after it arrived. I just cleaned it up a bit just to see how well it works. I then let it charge overnight. The car started in the morning. It's really good for covering areas more than once. I didn't get the small cleaning brush, but that's ok. I would probably lose it. Comes with two extra brushes. It works great on carpets. And does a great job of transitioning from tile/wood floor to carpet. I don't have a ladder, so I can't comment on how well the sensor stops falls. Now for the bad: I took everything out of the box and downloaded the correct application. Everything was going fine until I found out that you must have 2.4GHz WiFi, not 5GHz. With our Comcast router, we can't just switch to each other. What we had to do was disable the 5GHz option. I think they will make these Wi-Fi items with updated options. We tried connecting the vacuum to 2.4GHz and then switched the router back to 5GHz. That does not work. The vacuum cleaner works, but now my home wifi is not as good as it should be. It would have been nice to have a handheld remote so I didn't have to rely on the phone app to get the job done. The next thing I noticed is that there are NO instructions on how to use the swipe option. I have a part Take out the dust box and insert the wiping part. But I have no idea what to put in there. Where to pour water or cleaning liquid. How to clean it etc. I'll have to go to their website and see if I can find anything about it. If not, then the part of the swipe I wanted is useless to me. This vacuum cleaner is a little bigger than I thought. It gets stuck on the floor of my couch. The side of the sofa, not the front. I had to rescue him and then put something there so he wouldn't get stuck again. I posted pictures of the commands you can use on this vacuum cleaner. The last problem is the language. It's so hard to understand what he's saying. It starts in Chinese first. Changing it to English will give you a person who speaks English but has a heavy Chinese accent. I can understand a few words, but I have to really listen to understand a bit. Wanted to give it 3 stars just because there were no instructions at all with the wiping part. But I think it's a good robot vacuum cleaner. Has a lot of trouble writing papers, updating the vacuum cleaner to work with today's Wi-Fi usage, and a few other things.
