My husband is a mechanic so I thought this would make a fun birthday present for him. It's good and it works, but I'm disappointed with how it works. You can't use this slowly, you have to literally put it on top of the bottle and remove the cap FAST because if you don't it will keep slipping all over the rim. The first few bottles opened but ended up with bent caps that didn't actually come off the bottle. We had to use a different bottle opener to get the caps off. Now you literally have to take the cap off with more speed, causing the cap to fly and the liquid to flow out of the bottle. Thinking it was just us, we got others to try it and it turned out to be the same. It's nice novelty to show off, but if you're looking for a decent bottle opener then it's not an option.
