Anything that requires special tools or climbs onto the roof isn't "easy to install". I don't have a ladder that high. Anything that requires drilling holes in the exterior of your home isn't easy to install. You have to make extra efforts to close the hole. Running cables through walls is not "easy to install". When I saw what I had to do I had a mild panic attack, I packed everything back up and sent this device back. I'm still having bad service in my house and it's driving me crazy with the way cell phone boosters work and with my carrier. Put cell towers where they say they have coverage when they don't.
