To be honest I don't have time to fix a bandsaw blade so can't tell exactly what's wrong but I noticed before I guess there was a few curves, as if the blade would bend slightly about every six inches. I daresay the blade is not flat. It's the only thing I can think of that would do what it does on my saw. Basically, it bounces and wobbles like a spinning top. Oddly enough the weld looked ok so like I said my only guess is that the blade is welded in a way that not everything is in the same plane. I will shoot tomorrow. I bet if I put the blade on the ground it looks like potato chips. So I'll be buying the same blades again that I've been buying from this store in Atlanta for twenty years. Addendum: see photo.
