My small office/office urgently needs sockets. I used three separate power strips to keep everything plugged in because of those pesky "warts on the wall" covering more than one outlet. The 10-outlet strip places the outlets further apart and vertically aligns the transformers at the ends of the cord so they don't block adjacent outlets. By the way, I'm not worried about overloading the circuits since I mostly connect computer peripherals that don't work at the same time. Basically, it's a convenient way to avoid changing cables.
