1) The interface helps you get started very quickly2). It has some good features for managing multiple users3.) Good support from team4.). You need an account/sign up process which might be intimidating at first but it's not too bad after getting used with its flow5). I was able calculate monthly spend pretty accurately6)+You are given insights into what part needs work7)- Can only use when using cloud9.- Not enough flexibility about where data gets stored8). Support could have been better - they seem rushed sometimes (which makes me feel like i'm being taken advantage off by them :p )1st year working as BI Consultant / Manager so this tool helped immensely!
