Review on Portable acoustics JBL Charge 4, 30 W, red by Athit Janhiran ᠌

Revainrating 3 out of 5

A normal product, however, does not fully correspond to the description.

The column is not worth that kind of money. I wanted to buy another JBL Flip 4 - this is a hit, but it's practically out of stock. Decided to take this, but miscalculated. More powerful, yes, but not by much. Not directly proportional to the increase in weight and size. But the main thing is that the sound quality is lower, and precisely because it is mono, not stereo! That's what I understood. Naturally, it is silly to talk about stereo in terms of PAN [that is, creating sound space] in a speaker whose size from edge to edge is 30 cm, BUT! If we talk about this in terms of sound quality, then the output of the right and left channels (which are actually present in the reproduced file and which are DIFFERENT in details) to two different speakers is better than the output of one resulting (mixed) one, albeit more powerful - what's the point? In a stereo speaker, we have a more detailed sound. So, who cares about power - this column will do, but definitely not for that kind of money. To whom sound quality is important - not this option. And for high-quality stereo and power, you need JBL Connect and two of these, but this is completely different money.

Pros: The sound is gorgeous. Bass for 5+. The hours of operation are amazing. The build quality is perfect. Some cons: Weighty and bulky. There is no cover, but they are not cheap, I had to buy more.
