Review on Portable acoustics JBL Charge 4, 30 W, red by Ahmad ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The best I ever used, recommend it to everybody.

At the time of the purchase of the first Charge 4, I already owned two Charge 3, gray and turquoise, and was completely satisfied with them. The only thing that started to annoy them was the outdated micro-usb connector. My impressions of the Charge 4 are the most positive - I am pleased with both the sound quality and the operating time. The speaker is stable enough for me for two days - this is a working day from 8 to 19, with breaks for breakfast, lunch and a couple of smoke breaks. I listen to music at medium volume. There is absolutely no need to twist to the maximum, so I can’t say how long they can hold out under such a load. I also note the presence of a type-c connector from the pluses - now it is enough to have one cable with you and charge your speaker or smartphone with it. I have three speakers in my possession - gray and turquoise versions of TL, yellow - GG. In terms of workmanship, they are completely identical, there is no difference. There may be slight differences in sound, but in general, the sound of all is good. I ordered all the columns via the Internet, I didn’t know which version each column would come and didn’t bother with it. I listen to various rock music: hard rock, metal, punk rock, metalcore, etc. All three play it well, there is no porridge in the sound. Compared to the sound of the Charge 3, it seemed to me that the Charge 4 at the same average volume level sounds a little quieter. What upset me at first was the lack of a charging block in the kit, which the Charge 3 and Charge 2+ had. I use a power supply from a broken Xiaomi mi9 lite. A full charge takes 3-4 hours. The Charge 4 is slightly larger than the Charge 3. Summing up, I can confidently say that Charge 4 was a success. Great speaker with a nice design, long battery life and great sound. Add to this the ability to use it as a power bank and we get a universal device. It also pleases with a large range of colors - everyone can choose a column to their taste. They are not cheap, but trust me, they are worth it.

Pros
  • - design - quality of workmanship and materials - sound - large selection of colors - working hours - the presence of type-c
Cons
  • They could have put a charging unit in the kit, as was the case with Charge 3 and Charge 2+.

Some pros: Compact, powerful, convenient, for the money it is difficult to find something better. Model worth buying Cons below: Too bad there aren't many colors to choose from.

Pros: Powerful, drowns out neighboring perforators for one or two. Water/dirt-resistant. VERY durable battery. With its cons. The sound is not very good. He is normal but unremarkable. Not for aesthetic music making. This column is not for these purposes at all, so forgivable. Terrible on/off sound.
