Max has three filtration stages. They simultaneously address a number of issues: first, they extend the service life without changing cartridges because some impurities are split into usable forms rather than being completely removed; second, they provide water with good performance; third, they eliminate scale because minerals are dissolved in water after the filter and do not end up on the dishes.
