I am a professional writer, artist and content creator. Every day I spend many long hours at my computer creating, editing and relaxing. Perhaps unsurprisingly, I also have a long history of migraines, and while they're not always caused by the hours I spend at the computer, they're certainly more common when I work 18-hour days. I've had these glasses for a little over a week at the time of writing this, and I'm very pleased to report that they do an excellent job of blocking blue light (as advertised). They are not intrusive, light in weight, but still strong. I've found that at the end of the day my eyes don't get as tired as they used to, and whether I'm working or playing, long hours don't seem to cause tension or headaches like they used to. an experience. These glasses are great and I can only recommend them. The manufacturer also has cheeky marketing which is quite funny but certainly has nothing to do with the quality of their product. However, they are REALLY committed to customer satisfaction. So if I ever have a problem, I don't expect any major difficulties. In short: YMMV, buy. Since I bought them I have noticed less eye strain and fatigue and fewer migraines. If you spend a lot of time looking at screens, give it a try.
