I like that they work closely with each new client to make sure we are always working towards our goals and that we understand how to maximize every opportunity. That it's not just an ad agency; we really build a partnership with them which results in successful outcomes. Sometimes there can be time differences of when something will take place especially if you have some outside forces interfering (such as holidays) but Shaw & Scott do a solid job of making sure everything happens as intended. No complaints at all! We have had a dedicated account executive who has been very involved during implementation throughout the development process. This was particularly helpful during the launch phase, as I think it allowed us to get right to implementation without any hiccups! The best part of working at shaw+Scott was being able achieve my professional goals as I have worked here since 2014! It's been such an amazing experience that we've achieved so much together!! Nothing really comes close but when it does you know its time go elsewhere or get more involved. We were very impressed by how well they treated each other during our onboarding process & everything went exceptionally smooth from there until now!
