Great value acoustic screen

This is a great value for money screen. I use an Epson 3020 home cinema projector with 2300 lumens. You lose very little brightness compared to a solid screen, but not much. I went from a 106 inch white screen to this 110 inch acoustic screen. I built a wall of studs and used black fabric to secure the screen. My center channel is in the center just behind the screen - with 1/4 "". Cons: I have 2 very small creases in the lower left corner of the screen that are not noticeable unless I use a flashlight on the side - so not 100% perfect, but 99.8%, so you need to move the speaker 2-3 inches off center. The solution would be to make the screen with two smaller support bars in the middle, which I believe are found in screens that cost 3-4 times as much. ALSO, as others have said (thanks for the tip!), the silver center stripe will shine through the screen unless you apply black tape to the screen side of the center support bar. The company logo in the bottom right corner is shiny metal - very annoying so I stuck a piece of fuzzy black velcro over it and it worked great - the logo is gone. PROS: Excellent picture and sound comes naturally from the center, which makes the film's surround sound feel more realistic. i love this screen. If you have children or pets, handle the screen surface with care. It's a little work to install it,

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Slightly crumpled
