For the fifth month this device started having problems. HP said I have no warranty on it, the seller, Laser Consumables, never contacted me when I asked why I didn't have a warranty. I have proven to HP that I have owned this unit for less than a year and they honored the warranty. BUT it is now five months later that this machine is still not fixed. I'm completely at the mercy of HP, with whom you can only communicate via e-mail regarding the guarantee. After many ridiculous diagnostic rituals they performed and replaced 3 parts on this new machine it still doesn't work, now they tell me it's the belt. The whole experience was a nightmare and I still don't have a machine that can print a regular copy. All I can say is run away! I will never buy an HP product again. Thank goodness for the $100 Epson machine we bought from Sam to keep the business going! The quality is bad and the customer service from HP is the worst! Revane, would you like to step in and help me with this? ๐ค
