Bought for my dads birthday. He said he wanted a simple watch that had a light so he could see at night. There is a button that gives a nice green backlight glow to the clock face. He uses that small glow at night. It stays on for like 10 seconds before he has to hit it again. It took a few minutes but I followed the directions to get rid of that hourly chime (hate that). It looks really nice. Good simple watch that tells time digitally.
