Headset is acceptable but not recommended for professional conversations such as interviews. The location of the mute and volume buttons on the headset is not optimal. Each time the keys are pressed, the click is loud enough to be heard even by the person on the other end of the line. The noise-cancelling feature might be a misnomer, as both the person wearing the headset and the person on the other end of the line can hear background noise when speaking, sometimes very clearly. This is probably due to the loose fit of the comfortable ear pads. After many complaints about the sound of my voice, I finally switched this headset to the much cheaper but much better quality Sennheiser.
