Review on ABN Plastic Chisel 4 Piece Inch by Leo Puente

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Very versatile DIY tool for the home

I originally bought a set of these tools a few years ago because I was looking for a tool for scraping non-metallic materials. They are useful when you want to clean surfaces but not scratch them (like scraping wax off wood or scraping dried paint off a surface). Since the set was so cheap, I wasn't expecting much. I ended up having to buy a new set a few years later because others liked it so much that it was "stolen" from me one by one over the years! The best way to describe them is hard plastic chisels. Although I've never used them as a chisel with a hammer or flail. Hard plastic for the price is very good. There are tougher plastics out there, but I haven't found any work that calls for them as such. I use them for a variety of things e.g. B. for cleaning cobweb crevices or for forming joints. They wash up easily, and the variety of shapes makes them good tools when you don't want your hands touching something (or need a little more reach) that can scratch or otherwise damage a metal tool you're working with. I keep at least one of these in my most used tool box.
