I've only had it for about 3 days and am currently not experiencing any worsening cervical pain so can't say much about how it's been working since then. It's nice, like a deep tissue massage, and after using it, I hear a popping sound in a good way, like something is being released. What strikes me as strange is the marketing. The booklet that comes with it is hard to understand, written in English, full of mistakes and a sketchy story about 'Dr James from California' who moved to Thailand. It would sound more believable with the full name, picture, website, etc. And I agree with other reviewers that a video would be helpful. He tells you to put it on each of your 7 neck discs. As if you can "feel" where they are. Of course I can't. A video and or more instructions with pictures better in English and easier to follow will help and make it a more legitimate product.
