Disappointing Tissue Pom Poms for Arts and Crafts Project

These tissue pom poms were a complete waste of money for my birthday backdrop .The colors were faded and the tissue paper was flimsy, making it difficult to even fluff them properly. The only positive was the quick delivery. However I would not recommend these to anyone who is looking for quality decorations for their party..
