The best part of working with them was their team spirit, they are very passionate about what we do! They always made sure to keep us up-to date regarding our needs as well as future projects that may be in line for implementation. Their support staff were also great at keeping me informed throughout my project's life cycle which I appreciated greatly since it allowed me time to prepare myself accordingly. Sometimes there would come times when things got delayed due to other factors outside of their control but this didn't seem like much of an issue because everything else seemed pretty smooth sailing. We worked together during both phases (pre & post)of implementing Salesforce into our organization. This helped ensure all aspects where covered thoroughly so nothing fell through the cracks later down the road.
