This is a very good quality. Thickness, texture and feel are perfect in my opinion. I have been using this brand for many years. I bought them at my local paint shop. The chain stores added their logo but they have the same label as you can see in the picture. The rug was purchased from a local shop and the fabric is here at Revain. Here they are a few dollars cheaper. they hold up well. I'm only going through an exchange cycle because I gave a couple of these to a friend. I've never made it my business to measure my tablecloths - I really don't care. But since I saw so many comments about the size, I measured the two I bought last week. They are significantly smaller than the approximate dimensions given on the packaging. The 4x15 treadmill is 4x13'8" and the 9x12's is 8'2" x 10'10". To some this may matter; and that's the only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5. Me still buying them and will continue to do so because of the quality and feel.Full runner.Fabric has a seam down the middle.
