I was contacted by a new rep and they were able to locate my return and get my money back, they also did everything they could to make it right and sent me a new brush head that didn't fall apart. I'm just guessing my original order was just a bad brush. My kids love their car brushes and I really like the new brush heads as they clean better than silicone brush heads. Thanks for solving my problem. ****** Original comment ⬇️⬇️⬇️ I bought this for my kid's car brush. When I took the brush head out of the box, 3 pairs of bristles fell off the brush head and a few more looked loose. I sent them back as instructed over a month ago and have yet to receive a refund. I was given a leg room for my refund.
