The laser infrared thermometer proves to be a surprisingly useful tool. something else. Many infrared devices like this (probably extremely precise scientific devices) are too expensive to justify monitoring french fries. in a way I never hoped would work. For example, it reads the temperature of running water from a faucet, which is ideal for adjusting the water in an aquarium during a water change. It takes about 30 seconds for a standard aquarium thermometer to adjust to the water temperature, but Holdpeak does it in seconds. You can set the device to "Scan" mode and continuously take measurements at different points on the object surface. The battery is switched on, done. to run straight out of the box. I'm pleasantly surprised at how well it works and how easy it was to get used to.
