Update Having not used PerioRub for a while (since the first review below) it looks like it has been a long time, not a formula change that gave me the negative experience of using the "new" formula. While I still don't think it's as strong as the "old" formula, at least it still works pretty much the same. I'd like to ask the maker of PerioRub to respond to my review, since the instructions for use do not state that the product should not be used as a toothpaste for long periods of time.PerioBriteRub is the 'newer' version I received in the mail, instead because the company appears to no longer make the PerioRub, although the main product image here suggests otherwise What is the difference Day and night PerioBriteRub doesn't seem to work like PerioRub before I w eat it because I could feel PerioRub burning on my tongue, it sticks to my fingers after application (too lazy cotton swabs the manufacturer suggests) The new formula of PerioBriteRub does not stick to fingers, it runs off like water. The original rumula was dark yellow with brownish spots.
