Troxel Equestrian Helmets - Spirit Riding Helmet Review

Mine can with the helmet box inside a black trash bag! And I opened it and the helmet was just sitting in the box like someone had put it on and worn it and put it back in the box! And plus it was scratched up a lot on the top and visor part!

We love Troxel helmets! Nothing can be compared to having your bean "covered" and safe when riding. Even the most steady of horses is still an animal. This is comfortable and the back of the helmet has a nice adjustable feature so it will always be easy to get on and nice and snug. Awesome helmet, and the purple boho design is really beautiful!

Really comfortable and I feel very secure in it. Doesn’t cause sweating or pinch anywhere. Really easy to quickly adjust the straps. It’s not cumbersome or heavy, I often forget I’m even wearing it. I also think it looks great as well as being durable. The slats give plenty of ventilation. Simple to use and keep clean.

So I picked this helmet out because I knew my daughter would love the pink and purple colors with the horse. I also have owned several Troxel helmets myself and have always been very happy. I will say that this helmet does fit her - it seems a little heavy and also it's not really "sized" smaller - it just seems there is more padding on the inside of a shell that could be used from everything from XS to XS. My daughter is 6 years old and has been taking riding lessons/pony rides since she was 2

Seems to be a great helmet. My daughter loves it. She says it feels great. This is the first riding helmet she has owned. Usually she uses her instructor's helmets. Her helmet is tightened to the smallest and it is perfect. She will have plenty of room to grow. If your measurements are accurate they will match exactly to the manufacturer's suggestions

Love these helmets i've been buying them for my girls and when I need a new helmet i've been looking into buying this one for me too! Has fit my kids from 2 years old and up when i started them riding!

Gorgeous helmet12 year old loves it. Not fallen off to really test it yet. Has good coverage. Threw last helmet away after concussion. Helmets. Need to wear them.

Fits well, and it’s easy to adjust with each wear. My daughter was happy to have pink instead of black ;-) I will definitely be buying this same helmet again when it’s time to size up. My (larger than usual) almost-5-year old wears size small.

My daughters both have this helmet. They ride on equestrian team so they get a lot of use. They think they are comfortable and fit well.

The reviews say it fits their 5-year-olds; however, it is too big for my daughter but we have been making it work. It will fit if she has her hair up in a ponytail but not when it is down. Great product overall- just a little big.

My 7 year old fell off a horse that decided to take off running and this helmet saved her from what could have been a tragic situation! The straps did break but overall it stood strong!

I really like the dial for adjustment and the inner lining that can be removed and washed. Overall, I was able to adjust the helmet to fit perfectly. I was almost at the maximum measurements for the small, so I went up a size and am glad I did.

Very nice looking helmet. Lightweight and it's adjustable to fit perfectly on my daughter's head. She doesn'tlike anything on her head but is very happy with this helmet.

It was for my grand daughter, who rides horses and she absolutely loved it. The fit was perfick with the adjustable strap.

Bought a medium for my ten year old girl and the fit was good. Had to tighten it all the way but it’s a good fit and she can grow into it more.
