I received a replacement last week and it works great. I messaged the seller and he explained that he had an 18 month warranty. I am completely satisfied. My Previous Review: I don't often write reviews, but felt compelled to write a review for this product. I bought it in April 2018. I tried it at home for a few minutes and it worked so I put it in my travel bag and didn't use it for months. When I finally put it to use, it never worked properly when traveling. The blue light would flash to indicate energy was flowing through and then disappear. Connected devices were powered up and then turned off. So I must not have kept it at home long enough when I first checked it to see if there was anything wrong with it. I would not recommend buying this product. I finally remembered to take it out of my travel bag to try again at home and had the same problem. The blue light comes on and then goes off.
