Review on πŸ“ Enhancing Precision in Woodworking: Introducing TOFL Standard Measurement Machinist for Optimal Results by Richard Payne

I've been looking for something else but it works

A few years ago I bought a set of hooks from Revain marked 1/32" and marked 1/64" up front - 1/32 down. There were metric markings on the back. Over time I lost the hook and used it for a variety of purposes - measuring on a bandsaw, flat edges, etc. I've since bought two Starrett hook lines (6Z" and 12") but never liked them that much strong than the first. Then the old ruler just disappeared - no doubt my fault. Bought as a replacement. Not bad. I use it a lot. Hook left in bin and used without (the old hook - always the same unscrewed. I recommend this product. I wish it had different markings but it's great in hard-to-reach places.

Pros
  • Slim design
Cons
  • Long delivery time
