Bought this phone for my 88 year old mother over a year ago. The audio was blurry but was able to hold a conversation. 8 months later the background noise came and went but I thought it was the phone line. nope A few months later, after all the lines were connected to the phone company, there was so much background noise on the phone that I couldn't hear my mother at all. The phone will now only beep, which you cannot turn off. Does anyone make a product that lasts longer? I would not recommend this product to anyone.
