Review on GORE WEAR C3 Unisex Cycling Shoe Covers with Gore-TEX Technology by Kelvin Hernandez

Finally tried it on a rainy day. Really worked. The problem is that the water rises from the bottom and soaks the entire shoe. Eventually I took them off and was less wet as a result. Would go for something with full coverage and never use it again.
