Is working! Slim fit. The wires are not insulated.
In short, it works. The part that hooks when you change the position of the visor is shorter than the OEM visor so it fits very snugly. I found a tight fit issue, mainly on the passenger visor. The only other issue is that the lead wires aren't in some sort of insulated sleeve like the OEM. It's getting hot where I live and I'm afraid the sun might melt the wires.
