Review on 🚪 ACME Flavius Accent Chest in White by Courtney Hatcher

I wish I could give this cabinet 5 stars but I can't because of the horrible smell that seems trapped in the wood. The box it arrived in even had a very strong chemical smell that immediately filled my living room and spread throughout the house. After unpacking and assembling, the smell intensified. I have now washed the cabinet 3 times inside and out with warm soapy water and even wiped down with bleach. I've also tried putting it outside on our glass-enclosed porch overnight to air out, hoping it would get rid of the smell, but it's still just as strong as when it arrived. This is a very pretty cabinet and appears to be well made but the smell lacks any aesthetics. The smell is so terrible that I even think about getting rid of it and suffering financial losses. It's not worth the literal headache when my whole house smells like strong chemicals. I wouldn't buy this item if I were you unless you want your whole house to smell like a toxic chemical plant.
